Can T Download Game I Bought Ps4

So i bought the rise of the tomb raider on psstore using my computer on 12 2 2016 and i can see it on my purchase history.

Can t download game i bought ps4. My son has a another user name ps account on the same ps4 usually he can play all the games i buy. I tried again and again but with the same result. The game i bought was the only one on the screen so i selected it then it sent me back to the home screen and did not download the game.

The reason you can t download and install the update is because of the aforementioned copying procedure. I can t find the game in my library now i contacted sony support but they said i don t have license to the game. Skins solo campaign loot boxes unique weapons etc appears.
