Ps4 Won T Download Game Not Enough Space

Ps4 won t download game not enough space. Basically this ps4 error does not let the users download any game stating not enough space even though there is plenty left in the barrel. The ps4 won t actually let you use all the free space some portion is reserved for system usage. No trickery of saying 100gb available but then saying you can t put a 35gb.

Says i have 343 1 gb 408 5 gb full says i have 18 79 gb of free space and says i can t download and install a 2 49 gb game demo until i free up more space. Not enough space to download update ps4.
